The first race in our "holiday focused" 5k road racing series was a wonderful success. This healthy, family friendly alternative to your typical, local road race offered three things that runners love the most: Quality Racing, Family Fun, and Food. Participants ran, walked and/or raced our 5k with and without strollers.  They then cheered on their little ones during the kids' races.  Our post-race FESTIVAL included brunch, 4 different carnival games, a scavenger hunt and kid's craft table, an interactive dance party and raffle prizes.  Our goal was to entertain all generations from the Grannies & Gramps to the Littles and based on the post-race feedback that we received and the smiles on everyone's faces, we are proud to say that we fulfilled that goal!
